Who runs Yallez

Yallez is run by Mohammed Arsalan, an individual based in Kuwait. Contact: hello@yallez.com.

What we collect

Account: your email address, used only to sign you in.

Profile: the name you choose, gender, home area, sports and levels, language and an optional photo.

Activity: games you create or join, attendance marked by organisers, chat messages in games, "looking to play" posts, venues you add, and reports or blocks you make.

We do not collect your exact location, contacts or payment details, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Who can see what

Signed-in players can see your name, photo, gender, area, sports, games played and no-shows. They cannot see your email address.

Game chat is visible only to the organiser and players in that game. Reports are visible only to us.

How we use it

To run the app: show you suitable games, let organisers manage players, keep games safe and handle reports. We do not sell your data or show ads.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Supabase (database, sign-in and photos) and the site is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. "Looking to play" posts expire after 14 days.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. This permanently removes your profile, photos, posts, the games you organise and your messages.

Your rights

You can view and edit your profile in the app, delete your account, or email hello@yallez.com to ask about your data.

Age

Yallez is for people aged 16 and over.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell you in the app for important changes.
